It's that simple. What Do We Do? With the information you submit (everything kept confidential), we proceed to perform a market analysis on the property and neighborhood. If the property and the offer meets our buying criteria, we will pay you an assignment fee to assign the contract to us. The assignment fee you receive will range from $500-$2500 cash. Would $1000-$7500 a month make your month a little less stressful and a lot more enjoyable? That is how we can work together. Now you wouldn't be an employee of ours and we can't pay any expenses you incur. But, like an independent contractor, you set your own schedule and determine your own income goals.
